Who we are

trychatflow.com is run by Juanlu, the founder of ChatFlow ("ChatFlow", "we"). For anything about your data, write to us through the application form on trychatflow.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the application form: your name, Telegram username, email and company if you give them, your revenue band, traffic sources, funnel, team size, main geos, what you want fixed first, and whether you want to meet at SiGMA. We also keep the page you applied from and its campaign tag, your country as shown by your IP address, and your browser's user agent. Your IP address is used for a few minutes to block form spam and is not stored with your application.

No cookies, no trackers

This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party scripts.

Why we use it

To read your application, reply to you and discuss a possible build, because you asked us to (steps before a contract), and to keep the form free of spam (our legitimate interest).

Who processes it

Your application is stored in our database, hosted by our infrastructure providers (Vercel and Upstash), and sent to our team on Telegram. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to us through the application form on trychatflow.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
